Happy August, EVolocity builders! We’re finally wrapping up the heavy fabrication, which means it’s time to see if your wiring setup is legit or if it’s gonna ghost you when you turn it on.
Don’t worry about not having a track yet. August is for the Workshop Bench Test.
Before your car ever touches real asphalt, it’s needs to pass the test on the shop floor. Save this post for your team’s check-in this week:
Up on Blocks: Get that chassis lifted so all drive wheels are completely off the ground.
Clear the Zone: Double check no loose clothes, random wires, or stray hands are near the chain/sprockets before you flip the main power switch.
Multi-meter Check: Test your battery voltage first! Is your power good to go, or do those batteries need a solid overnight charge?
